Context

The agency maintained more than 100 projects for different clients. The goal was to make a problem in any of them visible immediately and route it to the right person.

Solution

A shared logging system for all of the agency’s projects.
Logs from more than 100 projects collected in one place.
Alerts sent to the developer responsible for the project.

Result

The team sees the state of every project in one place, and information about a problem reaches the right person straight away. For the agency it also meant protecting its reputation with clients.
