Custom business systems

Software designed around your company’s processes From analysis to deployment and long-term support

I design, build and deploy custom business systems - web, desktop and mobile applications. Every role gets the right tools, and management gets a complete picture of the company in its reports.

36+ Completed projects
160+ Work hours a month the average company saves with my solutions

Typical signs that a company needs its own system

A custom business system for your company

I design and implement systems that fit how your company actually works.

Runs wherever your team works: Web app Desktop app Mobile app All together, on shared data

Roles and positions

Sales, warehouse, managers, accounting, the board - everyone logs in to the same system but sees only what they need.

A screen for every position

Each role has its own view, tasks and scope of responsibility. Fewer clicks, fewer mistakes.

Permissions and change history

It’s clear who can do what and who changed what - including across several companies in a group.

Reports for management

Current numbers in one place, without assembling spreadsheets by hand at the end of the month.

Integrations

Google Calendar, email, accounting systems and the tools you already use.

Your code, your server

The system runs on your server and the code lives in your repository.

Pricing after a conversation

Every system is priced individually. I present the cost and schedule after we talk, once I know the scope: roles, screens, reports and integrations.

After launch I provide ongoing care for the system.

How I work

One contract, four stages, payments spread across the stages

  1. 01

    Planning

I talk to management and staff. I write down roles, positions, screens, permissions and reports in a specification. At the end of this stage you know the exact scope, schedule and price.

  2. 02

    Build

I build the system from the specification, working with AI models under my supervision - that’s why one person delivers at the pace of a team. Every change goes through tests.

  3. 03

    Launch

I launch the system on your server with automated deployment and tests, and onboard your staff.

  4. 04

    Care

Updates, backups, fixes and further development. Response times are agreed in the contract.

The specification comes before the code. Every role, action and use case is described before I start building - so you know what you’re paying for.

Cases

Descriptions without client data or screenshots. Most are anonymous.

A loyalty programme for manufacturers’ sales networks

Manufacturers selling through a network of resellers

Brands: Fakro, Pirelli, Mercedes-Benz (Daimler), Śnieżka

Resellers log their sales in the programme and collect points they exchange for rewards. Their engagement grows and the manufacturer sells more.

Where my experience comes from

For 8 years I designed and built software in agency and technology-company teams - on projects for the brands shown below. Some of them I delivered from analysis to launch; on others I was responsible for the backend, database and infrastructure.

How I protect your project

Specification before code

Scope, roles and reports are written down and approved before the first line of code.

You own the code and the server

The repository and server are on your side from day one. You don’t depend on me.

Tests before every deployment

Unit and functional tests plus automated deployment. A change reaches production only after it passes.

One accountable person

You talk to the person who plans, builds and launches. The project isn’t handed from one person to the next.

Response time set in the contract

Under the care plan, response times are agreed individually and written into the contract.

Staged payments

The project cost is split into stages: planning, build and launch.

Who it’s for

A good fit

  • Companies with many positions and departments
  • Companies that have outgrown spreadsheets, email and several disconnected tools
  • Construction-related businesses: building materials distributors, equipment rental, installers
  • Management teams that want to see current numbers

Not a fit

  • Websites and online shops
  • Chatbots and AI as a standalone product
  • Hourly billing

About me

Aleh Zahorski

Software and database engineer · Master’s degree in process and project management

For 8 years I’ve been designing and building business systems. For years I did it by hand and in teams - from gathering requirements, through architecture and databases, to deployment and testing.

Today I work with a method where the specification comes before the code and AI models speed up the build under my supervision. That lets me deliver on my own what used to take a whole team - and I’m accountable for quality as an engineer.

I work on my own, without intermediaries: I plan, build, launch and maintain the system. You talk to the person responsible for the result.

Frequently asked questions

What companies ask before we start working together

Every system is priced individually - the cost depends on the number of roles, screens, reports and integrations. I present a quote after we talk and I understand your needs.

Wherever your team works: as a web app, a desktop app for office computers or a mobile app for people in the field - or all of these together, on shared data. The choice is made during planning.

Usually 2 to 4 months, depending on scope. The schedule is part of the specification created during planning.

You do. The code is in your repository and the system runs on your server. The specification and documentation stay with you.

AI models speed up writing code, but they don’t make decisions. I handle the specification, the architecture and the review of every change myself, and the code passes tests before deployment.

The code, specification and documentation are on your side from day one, so another developer can continue the system. Response times under the care plan are set in the contract.

Ongoing care on a subscription: updates, backups, fixes and further development of the system. The scope of care is agreed individually.

No. I work only on custom business systems - web, desktop and mobile.

Let’s talk about a system for your company

Describe in two sentences what isn’t working today. I’ll get back to you to arrange a short call.

What you get after the call

  • A problem map: positions, screens and reports
  • A budget and time range
  • A proposal for a staged contract
