Context

A group of several companies with about 500 employees in total needed one system shared by different departments - from IT and electrical teams, through fleet management, to the board.

How the system is built

  1. Interviews with employees and directors: what they expect and how they work today.
  2. Gathering and organising the requirements.
  3. A technical specification: actors, roles, actions and use cases.
  4. Building from the specification, with AI models under my supervision.
  5. Deployment to the server with automated delivery and unit, functional, non-functional and behavioural tests.

  • Supervision of work and team tasks.
  • Fleet management.
  • Support for IT and electrical teams.
  • Meeting room booking integrated with Google Calendar.
  • Personalisation - every user tailors their own workspace.

Status

The system is under active development. I will describe measured results once further rollout stages are complete.
